1. PRIVACY POLICY Yank Company respects your privacy. This policy outlines how your data is handled while playing Yank Company Championship Pencil Break Vol. 1 ("The Game").

• Data Collection & Storage: The Game relies on your device's local storage to save your player name, avatar image, Yank Coin balance, and win/loss records. This data remains on your personal device and is not collected, stored, or sold on our servers.

• Online Multiplayer (PeerJS): To enable live multiplayer, The Game uses a peer-to-peer connection service called PeerJS. When you host or join a room, your IP address is temporarily used to connect your device directly to your opponent. We do not store this connection data.

• Push Notifications (OneSignal): If you allow notifications, our third-party provider (OneSignal) generates a secure device token to send you alerts when players are looking for a match. You can opt out of these notifications at any time in your device settings.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE By downloading and playing The Game, you agree to the following terms:

• Virtual Currency (Yank Coins): "Yank Coins" and the in-game "Wager System" are strictly for virtual entertainment purposes. Yank Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or transferred for real-world currency or goods. This game is not a real-money gambling application.

• User Conduct: You are responsible for the display names and avatar images you upload to your local profile. Yank Company is not responsible for user-generated content displayed during peer-to-peer multiplayer matches.

• Intellectual Property: All artwork, code, audio, and branding within The Game are the exclusive property of Yank Company. You may not extract, distribute, or sell any assets from this application.
